The relocation group offers a variety of services to relocate employees, including the inspection and sale of a home, equity advances, assistance in locating homes, and a variety of relocation policy and group move consulting services.
"Going Green" at Prudential
Prudential is working hard to reduce their carbon footprint. We are nearly paperless. All of our files are stored on computer with military grade encryption. Contracts are e-mailed to Lawyers or Notaries. Realtors in our office receive faxes and other paper via e-mail which saves gas in not having to pick it up from the office. Our new office is state of the art. The building has Geothermal heat and Low E windows to save energy. There is no carpeting to reduce off gassing. The same goes with all the new furniture which has no off gassing as well. Business cards that are 100% recycled and is processed chlorine free plus manufactured by renewable wind energy is encouraged. All paper that is used is recycled.
